On 22nd October 1877, 16 years after the Royal Assent for the train line was given, a special 14-carriage train left Worcester Shrub Hill and arrived at Bromyard. The line was popular with seasonal hop pickers and saw the town bustle for the famous Bromyard Races.
Smooth, yet light, the intense rich dark colour is full of lively red fruit and apple aromas. A hint of pepper lifts the sweet cherry flavours. The silky structure of this easy drinking English Red leaves a powerful aftertaste.
