Gifting inspiration this Christmas
For all you early bird Christmas gift buyers out there, we know that the beginning of November means thoughts turn to the big day and beginning to organise beautiful gifts for all your friends and family. If you’re on the lookout for some special English wine gifts this festive season, we have you covered at Radlow Hundred. Whether you’re searching for a unique bottle to take to that Christmas party, or something different to give the oenophile in your life, why not buy British this Christmas?
At Radlow Hundred, we represent generations of farming families. Our new vineyard falls within the beautiful rolling landscape of Herefordshire, previously known as Radlow Hundred, an administrative area from the Domesday book. Each of our labels portray a fondness for the farmscape’s history and surrounding community, telling a story with your gift of choice. Looking to the next chapter of English wine, we create only still wines with two grapes beginning to grow in popularity - Rondo and Solaris. Step into the next chapter of English wine with us this Christmas and gift a taste of the new:
Rondo 2022 RRP: £16.99 ABV:12%
One of the few Rondo bottlings available from England, this grape is resistant to English chills and the warm summers fill the softly sweet fruit. On this bottle, the long-awaited train is seen arriving at Bromyard paying tribute to a special trainline in Herefordshire.
Pair with decadent festive desserts for a Christmas lunch showstopper and a great gift for wine explorers.
Solaris 2022 RRP: £16.99 ABV:12%
Crisp and exceptionally fruity, this grape performs spectacularly in British climates, and produces some of the best English white wine. This colourful label commemorates the formation of The Women’s Cricket Association near Malvern in 1926.
Pair with a warm goat’s cheese tartlet at a Christmas party.
Rosé 2022 RRP: £16.99 ABV:12%
A premium blend of fruity Rondo red grapes and crisp Solaris white grapes, inspired by the sweeping shingle beach along the River Wye, illustrated on the label.
Pair with English cheese and crackers whilst wrapping your presents and it’s the perfect bottle to gift the person in your life who likes to drink Rosé all year round.
