How to make a Valentine’s Day spritz

Valentine's Day spritz

Valentine’s Day is all about indulging those pink and red food and drink desires. And this year, why not explore the next chapter of English wine for a romantic evening in, with a fruity English Rosé?

Crafted in small batches, 2023 was the first year that we released wine made solely with our vineyard’s grapes. Our 2022 Rosé vintage is made from a blend of two grapes that were carefully paired with the Herefordshire soil; Rondo and Solaris. The resulting wine is a premium blend with alluring summer berry notes and hints of lime and a guaranteed talking point for a romantic dinner.

Whilst pale Rosé dominates the summer time, our Rosé is a deeper, fruity and juicy release ideal for colder days and Valentine’s Day pairings with chocolate dipped strawberries or panna cotta with edible flowers sprinkled on top.

And if you really want to take your Valentine’s Day menu to the next level, we’d suggest enjoying our Rosé in an on-trend wine spritz. Recently tipped in drinks predictions, quality wine is growing as a popular cocktail ingredient and it’s really easy to try this one out for yourself at home. Here’s our three ingredient recipe below for a delicious, pink spritz for the perfect Valentine’s Day night in:
