February is a welcome time in the calendar for many reasons. From the joy of Valentine’s Day with loved ones to that feeling of making it through January, there’s plenty to like. And one of our favourite foodie moments of the year lands in February too - Pancake Day. 

It seems to be a day that’s getting bigger and better every year. Fluffy, soufflé-style pancakes inspired by Japanese cuisine are becoming increasingly popular and over on TikTok a variety of trends are rising including pancake cereal (crispy mini pancakes served in a bowl with syrup) along with pancake spaghetti (pancake batter piped into the pan and cooked in thin strips) to keep you inspired for Pancake Day activities. 

Here at Radlow Hundred, we’ve loved seeing the growth of creative pancake-inspired cocktails and grown-up drinks pairings for a gourmet and special addition to the day. We’ve shared our favourite pairings below with our 2023 Vintages, for inspiring food and drink Pancake Day ideas: 

Rondo 2023 Vintage & Chocolate-Centred Pancakes
